1. Submit registration information
Copy and open the DooPrime account registration link, or click the Register Now button in the upper right corner of the website.
Once you reach the Register page you would have to input your email address or phone number again. The referral code refers to the code that belongs to the IB or sales. If you have the referral code, you may input it, but it is optional.
Next you must tick on I have read the terms and conditions and click Sign Up
Once you click Submit Registration you will have to verify the email address or phone number that you input. Click [send code] and a code will be sent to your email address or phone number. Input the code and click submit
After registration has been completed you can go to the registered mailbox to check the login information such as your username and password and you can click Quick Login /Login from this page as well.
2. Log in Page
Once you click Quick Login you will be directed to the Log in Page and you can input your email address or phone number along with your password and click login.
Once you log in to your account you would need to submit all the data for review. Go to My account on the left-hand side of the User center and click on Personal Information. Once you click on Personal Information. fill in your Identity Information. Your Identity Information includes your Nationality and Document Type (Can either be a passport or an ID card). If you upload a passport, then you would only need to upload the front page of the passport. If you upload an ID card you would have to upload a photo of the front of the card and a photo of the back of the card. The ID Card or passport that is uploaded must have a validity of at least 6 months.
Input your Last Name, Given Name, Your Name in your local language, Gender, Date of Birth and Passport Number and click on Submit Again.
Please note that Passport Number can only be a Passport Number and it cannot be the ID card number. Please note that your Name must be consistent with your ID Card.
Input your contact information such as Country of Permanent Residence (Region). Fill in your address in your local language. If a Field under Address is empty, please fill in a “-”. Fill in the Zip code and if you want to leave your Instant Message contact details such as WhatsApp or WeChat ID you may do so. Once completed please click Submit Again
Sign the Client Agreement, Risk Acknowledgement and Disclosure and Introducing Broker Agreement. The system will automatically approve it.
Please note that the name that is signed on these documents must be the same name as the name that has been used to open accounts.
Once all the information has been submitted the verification of the account takes about 30 mins to 1 hour to be approved. If there are any issues, please contact your account manager or our support team for assistance.
